Grand Jury Indicts Driver Accused in Human Smuggling Case
SAN ANTONIO – A grand jury in San Antonio indicted a driver accused in a human smuggling operation.
James Matthew Bradley Jr., 60, faces five charges, including illegally transporting immigrants for financial gain.
Ten people died last month inside the trailer Bradley Jr. was hauling.
Two people remain hospitalized.
Officials said 22 others are in federal detention as potential witnesses against Bradley Jr.
No word yet on his next court date.
