WESLACO – A local veteran claims the contractor who was building his home is now selling it without his permission.

He says he signed the contract to have his custom home built in April and is already approved with a veterans loan and approved by the bank.

It’s now posted for sale on social media but the builder says the opposite.

KRGV’s Angelo Vargas spoke with Torres Quality Homes owner Fernando Torres.

He believes there is some confusion and wants to schedule a meeting.
