LOS EBANOS – The Los Ebanos Ferry Crossing will be closed through the holiday weekend.

It will be closed for two weeks due to high water levels, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

CBP says the rising waters make it difficult to load and move vehicles from one side of the river to the other.

It is expected to reopen before the end of the month.
