ALAMO – A man convicted of killing another man at a night club received a 40-year prison sentence.

Gabriel Hernandez is one of two men accused in the death of Angel Sanchez.

Sanchez died at the Lipzstick night club in 2017.

Investigators say the victim and the suspects had been involved in an ongoing dispute before the shooting.

The second suspect is set for trial in March.
