Authorities Arrest Suspect Who Robbed McAllen Bank
UPDATE (10/1): Authorities have taken a 41-year-old suspect into custody.
He is expected to be charged with robbery, a second degree felony.
Officials say the suspect was located and arrested in a rural area of Hidalgo County.

MCALLEN – McAllen police need the public’s help in identifying of bank robbery suspect.
The robbery happened Monday at approximately 12:04 p.m. at the Plains Capital Bank on the 7200 block of North 10th Street.
Police say a male suspect handed a note to a teller, demanding money.
Authorities say the suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled in a gray passenger vehicle.
The suspect was wearing a black t-shirt with white lettering, has a full beard, and wore a baseball cap; he has tattooed writing on his right bicep/arm and another tattoo on his left arm.
