Migrants camped out at a makeshift shelter in Matamoros are rebuilding after heavy rainfall, gusty winds and hail struck the area.

Several migrants at the campsite told Channel 5 News that the attempted mass crossings at the Gateway International Bridge in Brownsville is due to the severe weather at the campsite, and frustration over waiting for their appointment via the CBP One app.
