Murder Suspect to Spend Week in Jail for Violating Bond Conditions
EDINBURG – A man charged with murder is being sanctioned to one week in jail for violating his bond conditions.
Jordan Jovvany Garces was released last September on a $30,000 bond.
Investigators say last March, shots were fired during an argument on the 600 block of Martinez Street in Progreso.
They tell us there was an ongoing altercation between the suspects and victims.
Garces will spend this week in jail.
He’ll return to court for a pretrial hearing in March.
