Primera Mother Leaves Children Home Alone
PRIMERA – A concerned citizen filed a report with the Primera Police Department over the weekend in reference to several children who were left home alone.
An investigation determined the mother, Amanda Cabello, left her children alone while she drove to Huntsville to visit her boyfriend in prison.
The three children, ages five, eight and 11, were left at their residence.
On Thursday, police arrested the 30-year-old; she was transported to the Carrizales Jail.
Cabello was charged with abandoning a child with intent to return and received a bond of $10,500.
