RAYMONDVILLE – A 17-year-old girl is in stable condition after she was shot on her front door step.

Raymondville police are trying to determine who shot her.

A detective for Raymondville police department says it happened yesterday on the 300 block of West Yturria Avenue.

The victim was taken to Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen and immediately underwent surgery.

A detailed description of the suspect has not been released other than the person was wearing dark clothing.
