SAN BENITO – Residents in a San Benito neighborhood say they’ve seen some improvement in a lot near their homes but still want more to be done.

One resident says the grass was recently cut at a home located on Florencia Street.

Two months ago, it was excessively overgrown all around the abandoned house.
