UPDATE: The roadway is back open.

SEBASTIAN - An accident involving an 18-wheeler shut down the southbound lanes of U.S. 77 south of Sebastian. 

DPS Lt. Johnny Hernandez said traffic is being directed to the frontage road. No injuries were reported.
