WOODSBORO--Some residents in Woodsboro were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
     Woodsboro is northeast of Corpus. Frank Linney and his dog surveyed the damaged Sunday. The hurricane ripped off his shingles.
     "It was bad, it was rocking and rolling all night long for a solid ten hours," Linney said. "All you heard was a lot of noise, it was just really 
     "It's a disaster, I just need some, it's a disaster," Jane Moya said about the damage to her home of 10 years in Refugio.
     Moya said she couldn't afford to evacuate.
     "They said to evacuate but how do you do it when you don't have no money? Some people have it made and some people don't," Moya said.
     Moya is now waiting on federal disaster relief to rebuild. She has no homeowner's insurance. You can apply for FEMA aid by going to this link.
