BROWNSVILLE – The Supreme Court made a decision this week on a case which stems from the Rio Grande Valley.  

A teen, who was in the country illegally, sought an abortion while under the care of the federal government in Brownsville in October of last year.

The Supreme Court dismissed the lower court’s ruling which allowed the girl to receive an abortion.
