Valley Cities Open Sandbags Distribution Sites Ahead of Possible Severe Weather

WESLACO – With a tropical depression formed in the Gulf, some Rio Grande Valley cities are announcing sandbag distribution sites.

The following have announced locations for either Tuesday, Sept. 3 or Wednesday, Sept. 4.
