BROWNSVILLE – A Rio Grande Valley disabled veteran says he didn’t receive service from an airline flight crew in Houston.

After landing at the airport, he says he and his wife struggled as they were left to carry five bags, along with their 2-year-old son, to catch their connecting flight back to Brownsville.

He says he wants to know why he didn't receive assistance.
