  MCALLEN – Across the Rio Grande Valley, tow trucks were dispatched to remove cars off the street during damaging floodwaters. Police say they don’t want to take any risks in having drivers accidentally run into the stranded vehicles. Towing companies tell us since Wednesday, they’ve responded to over 40 calls.... more »
