2 Valley Women Arraigned for Food Stamp Fraud

WESLACO – Two Rio Grande Valley women have been charged with theft for food stamp fraud.

Jessica Gonzalez and Michelle Muñoz pled not guilty.

Gonzalez is accused of taking up to $20,000 and Muñoz is accused of taking up to $100,000.

Both women were arrested in late August of last year.

Both women are currently free on bond.
