2 Valley Women Linked to Double Homicide in Plano

WACO – Two Rio Grande Valley women have been linked to the deaths of a man a woman in Plano.

Cynthia Wingate of Mission and Carmen Moreno of Rio Grande City are jailed in Waco.

They have not been charged with murder, but authorities say Wingate was caught driving the 72-year-old victim's car.
