3 Suspects Plead Not Guilty to Mission Capital Murder

EDINBURG – Three people accused of kidnapping and murdering a man back in July all plead not guilty Monday.
Edna Rivera, Alfredo Huerta and Cesar Deleon are all facing charges of capital murder.
The body of the victim, 23-year-old Fernando Garza, was found in an orchard near Mission on July 24.
The case will head back to court for a pretrial hearing next month.
