Amber Alert In Effect for Two Children out of El Paso

UPDATE (6/30): Authorities have discontinued the Amber Alert for Leonardo Ortega and Matias Carrillo.

EL PASO- An Amber Alert is in effect for two children out of El Paso.

Police are searching for 8-year-old Leonardo Ortega and 2-year-old Matias Carrillo.

Authorities believe the boys are with 26-year-old Justin Carrillo.

The suspect was last seen driving a black, Hyundai Elantra with Texas license plates KYR4562.

Anyone who has seen the suspect, or the boys is urged to call police immediately.
