HARLINGEN – Harlingen police have released the identity of a man wanted in connection to an aggravated sexual assault incident.
Peter Lorenzo Gutierrez is wanted in connection to the incident that occurred in Harlingen in January.
Police say he used a weapon to take advantage of a woman.
An arrest warrant has been issued for him.
