DHS Acting Secretary in Valley to Address Immigrant Support

WESLACO – The Acting Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, Kevin McAleenan, is in the Rio Grande Valley.

He will meet with representatives of Catholic Charities, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

He’s expected to address efforts to aid immigrant families in a press conference set to take place Wednesday.
