FCC: Do Not Return One-Ring Calls

WESLACO – Officials are warning people not to return one-ring calls.

A spokesperson from the Federal Communications Commission says they are usually spam-related.

It could even cost you money if you return the missed call – some callers are actually charging per-minute fees.
