Former Fire Chief has Record Cleared of Breaching Security

BROWNSVILLE – A former fire chief acquitted of breaching security will have his record cleared.
In September, Carlos Elizondo was found not guilty on charges of accessing a computer system.
Elizondo was the former fire chief in Brownsville.
His attorney tells us a judge ordered all records from that case be expunged.
We're told it may take a few months to clear the records.
Elizondo is still waiting for a trial date on other charges.
