HARLINGEN--Harlingen police are investigating a hit-and-run crash.
Police spokesman Larry Moore tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS it happened around 5:45 Sunday morning at the intersection of Queen Sago Drive and Beckham Road.
A male was found lying in the ditch.
He was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. He is out of surgery and is expected to survive. The driver is still on the run. There is no vehicle description and police are looking for witnesses.
