Hidalgo Co. Commissioners Vote to Rename Street to Honor Fallen State Trooper

EDINBURG – Hidalgo County commissioners voted unanimously to honor fallen Department of Public Safety Trooper Moises Sanchez.

They voted to rename part of 10th Street in Edinburg to “State Trooper Moises Sanchez Boulevard”.

Sanchez’s son along with other state troopers were in attendance for Tuesday’s announcement.
