HARLINGEN - A Rio Hondo man is concerned with debris dumped into the Arroyo Colorado.
The Arroyo Colorado s Nat Lopez's go-to place for family fun.
Lopez built a dock to enjoy the outdoors, but recently, he's seen even more debris floating around.
"I've seen people dump trash you know and that really gets us upset cause we do live here and we try to keep our Arroyo clean," says Lopez.
He says this shouldn't be happening.
The concern is growing.
Lopez's heard of concrete being dumped into the Arroyo.
