Man Out on Bond after Arrest on 15 Child Pornography Charges

WESLACO – An Edinburg man is charged with multiple counts of child pornography.
Rogelio Guerra Villanueva is facing 15 counts of possession of child porn with intent to promote child pornography.
He was arrested back in May.
Villanueva was arraigned in court Friday morning and is currently out on bond.
He has previous charges for indecency with a child by exposure and contact.
