McAllen Signs Memorandum in Partnership with South Korean City

MCALLEN - The Mayor of Mcallen and the Vice Mayor of South Korean city of Jinju signed a memorandum Friday in what's being called an International Events Partnership.
The partnership will bring Korean cultured events to the city of Mcallen and Hispanic events to South Korea.
The launch is expected to start in 2020.
