New Trailer to Help Struggling Valley Families

EDINBURG - The Hidalgo County Community Services Agency started off with a small disaster mobile unit.

Now they have a large trailer to help Valley families struggling through some of the most difficult times in their life.

CSA Director Jaime Longoria hopes this will help increase the level of care they provide from utility assistance to disaster situations.
