Officials Say Rio Hondo Bridge to be Complete Soon

RIO HONDO – City officials in Rio Hondo say the reconstruction of the Rio Hondo Bridge could be completed as soon as Friday.
Texas Department of Transportation spokesman Octavio Saenz says crews are completing final inspections on electrical, mechanical and operational systems.
TxDOT officials will meet with city officials Tuesday to discuss date of completion.
