Parents Still Seek Answers from Edcouch-Elsa ISD after Computers Auctioned

EDCOUCH – Parents with students in the Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District say they haven't heard from the district.
They want answers after a CHANNEL 5 NEWS investigation into the auctioning of computers with student information still in the hard drives.
The last thing the superintendent said to us was back in July.
He said they would be sending out letters to parents at the start of the school year to update them and let them know what happened.
The parents we have spoken to say they haven't gotten anything yet.
The district did have a public board meeting at the end of July to address the issue.
