Sisters Reunited Through DNA Testing

RIO GRANDE VALLEY- A quick trip to the Valley and a swab on the cheek, turned strangers into a forever family.

Elia Pena says her mother left the Valley for California when she was one, leaving she and her siblings behind.

After decades of searching, she met her two half sisters from California for the first time.

Their reunion, was all made possible through a DNA test.
