ROMA – Eight people in the U.S. illegally are in custody following a stash house bust in Starr County.
Customs and Border Protection says Border Patrol agents working with the county’s drug trafficking task force raided a residence in Roma on Wednesday.
The press release states eight people, originally from Mexico and Guatemala, were found inside the home.
All of the individuals were detained.
