Syria Native Speaks Out on Troop Withdrawal

EDINBURG – The U.S. Secretary of State and the National Security Advisor will head to the Middle East next week.

A Syria native who now lives in the Rio Grande Valley believes the initial reason for the arrival of the troops was flawed.

"We went to deal with ISIS but we did not deal with the reason ISIS was born, which is the Syrian regime, basically,” explains Dr. Ghanem Daghestani.
