Trial Date Set for 16-Year-Old Accused in Starr Co. Teen’s Murder

RIO GRANDE CITY – One of the suspects linked to the death and cover-up of a Starr County teen will face trial sooner than expected.
Sebastian Torres is one of the four people accused in the death of Chayse Olivarez.
The 16-year-old is charged with tampering with a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
Torres is set for trial in late September.
