Two Human Smuggling Busts at Falfurrias Checkpoint

FALFURRIAS--Border Patrol said there were two major smuggling busts at the Falfurrias Checkpoint Friday.
Agents found 19 immigrants in a tractor trailer Friday morning. Later that day, they found 25 immigrants inside a second tractor trailer. Temperatures inside the trailers were in the 40s, but no one was hurt.
Both drivers were arrested.
Investigators are looking to see if the smuggling attempts were related.
