Valley Officials Want Guidance from State on Legality of CBD

Local officials believe they need guidance from the state on what is legal and what isn’t.
“We need our local police officers to know how to enforce the law,” explains Edinburg City Attorney Omar Ochoa.
The city of Edinburg requested a legal opinion from the Texas Attorney General due to the confusion.
