Weslaco Water Tower Preventative Maintenance Project Underway

WESLACO – A project is underway to fix a 50-year-old water tower.

The city of Weslaco has hired a contractor to clean the water tower on 8th street and Bridge Avenue.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of the month.

The Director of Weslaco Public Works, Pete Garcia, says the tower was showing signs of rust and decay.
