Scheduled Power Outages in San Benito Canceled

The outages are scheduled three times in April but are subject to change.

UPDATE (4/10): The power outages that were scheduled in San Benito by AEP have been canceled.

An AEP spokesperson confirmed the cancellation.

They say there was a problem with the system but crews were able to fix it without cutting the power.

SAN BENITO – AEP is scheduling several power outages in San Benito.

The company plans to cut power to most of the city three times throughout April.

The outages are scheduled for April 12^th, 15^th and 22^nd at 10:30 p.m. each day; the times are subject to change.

The outages are expected to last two or three minutes.
