EDINBURG - UTRGV baseball got out to a solid start in their home series with Rhode Island, taking game one Friday night 8-1. Starting pitcher Chase Adams racked up a career high 10 strikeouts to lead the team. Freshman Aaron Galvan had a good night at the dish, going 2-4 with a career high 3 RBI in the win. The teams play two games Saturday at 12pm and 3pm.
