NEAR BROWNSVILLE – Thursday is the last day SpaceX is offering a buyout for homeowners of Boca Chica Village.
The desired property is located right next to the launch site.
According to residents, SpaceX sent out a letter to every homeowner offering to buyout their property due to the impact the nearby facilities might have on the village.
The letter mentioned the buyout amount will be triple the individual appraised market value of each property.
