Employee at Law Office in Starr Co. Charged for Tampering with Evidence

RIO GRANDE CITY – An employee at an attorney’s office was arrested Friday in Starr County.
Edwin Duran was arrested, facing four charges for tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence.
Four more charges are also included for tampering with a governmental record.
All charges are third degree felonies.
Duran received a combined bond of $40,000.
The investigation by The Starr County Special Crimes Unit is ongoing.
