SAN JUAN - The mother of Warrant Officer Jose Luis Montenegro is headed to Delaware to recover his body.
Montenegro is the 39th serviceman from the Rio Grande Valley to be killed in Iraq or Afghanistan. He died when his helicopter crashed in Afghanistan.
