ELSA – Two people arrested on health care fraud charges are expected to appear in court.

Everardo Villarreal and Delilah Rae Robles were partners in a medical supply company in Elsa.

They’re accused of submitting fraudulent payment claims of more than $850,000 to Texas Medicaid.

They’re set to appear in court Monday for a detention hearing.
