UPDATE (11/13): Two suspects were arraigned Wednesday in connection to a fatal shooting near Elsa. 

Isaac Barrera, 20, and Jose Becerra, 17, are charged with capital murder. 

The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office says both are accused of fatally shooting Jesus De Jose Estrada Hinojosa, 22, at the Fast Break convenience store on FM 88.  

The investigation is ongoing.

NEAR ELSA – A fatal shooting on Mile 15 North and FM 88 is under investigation near Elsa.

Sheriff Eddie Guerra confirms two victims in their twenties were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

One of them died, the other is listed in stable condition.

The suspect vehicle has been identified as a late model blue Ford Explorer.

Sheriff Guerra says this is the third homicide this year.
