Driver Not Required to Pay for Damages after Crashing into Harlingen Restaurant

HARLINGEN – A driver who crashed into a Panda Express in Harlingen will not have to pay for damages.

Investigators say the driver attempted park but crashed into the restaurant on the 2000 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Officials deem the incident as an accident.

No one was injured.

The total cost of the damage will be about $25,000.
