Former Valley Bus Driver Faces More Sexual Abuse Charges
WESLACO – The number of sexual abuse charges against a former Rio Grande Valley bus driver is now at eight.
Jose Luis Garza, a former IDEA Public School bus driver, was most recently released a second time after posting bond.
He was charged on June 13 for indecency with a child. The first charges against him were made in May.
