The Hidalgo County Sheriff Spokesperson Jena Palacios said their department is working with Mexican authorities to track the whereabouts of this man.

Anyone who came in contact with this man is asked to contact Mexican authorities and the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office at 956-383-8114.
