WESALCO -  The Hidalgo County District Attorney says they seek to change charges to capital murder for the man who shot Trooper Moises Sanchez.

Several charges pending right now against Victor Alejandro Godinez not only for shooting Trooper Sanchez but also on the other officers present during that fatal incident.
